How to compare inexpensive advertising balloon listings
Ask for an itemized list before comparing two advertised prices. Put the balloon, artwork, inflation equipment, delivery and anything you will need again on separate lines. That gives you two offers you can compare on the same terms.

Identify the format first
The Arizona Balloon Company product guide describes sealed helium balloons and continuous-blower inflatables as separate formats. Ask how the exact item in the listing is inflated and what the seller includes to operate it.
Ask what ships in the box
Request the model or dimensions, the artwork treatment, the parts list and the operating instructions. Mark each line as included, optional or still unknown. If the photo shows a banner, ask whether the price covers that banner and its printing.
Price the first use and the next use separately
For the first display, list equipment, delivery and any supplier setup fees. For later displays, ask about inflation supplies, storage and replacement parts. If you only need one date, ask whether a rental quote covers the same scope.
